Reggie Hill, M. Ed.

Founder/Executive Director (Chairman)

Reggie Hill is a proud native of the Port City. A graduate of Murphy High School;

Alabama A&M University; and Concordia University-Portland, where he received

the Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In 2012, Reggie founded

"Success 4 the Future" Charity Foundation 4 Kids Ages 3-18, Incorporated. A 501(c)3 non-profit entity established to debunk the idea that learning disabilities are biological or geographical (alone) - thus proving that humans are merely products of their exposure (copying what we see and repeating what we hear)... proving that in order for Citizens to ultimately contribute, they must (first) not be consumed by the influence of hindrance and defeatist mentalities.

Reggie is actively engaged in civic, civil, and humanitarian issues, enjoys golf, and plays the trumpet and piano. Reggie is a member of Alpha Delta Psi Society of Alabama Bandsmen, Inc.;

Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity, Inc.; and Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.; the Immediate Past District 2 Representative to the City of Mobile Human Relations Commission; Immediate Past Youth Director of the NAACP - Mobile Branch #5044; a member of the Mobile Baykeeper Young Advisory Council; the Mobile County Children's Policy Council; a former member of the Dearborn YMCA Board of Directors; a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success; and a member of the Yorktown Missionary Baptist Church, in legendary AfricaTown, USA.

Reggie plans to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the T. G. Jones School of Law at Faulkner University.

Gerald was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. After matriculating from Murphy High School, he received his degree from Alabama A&M University. Gerald is a successful insurance agent with New York Life in his hometown. Gerald is well engaged with the local business culture and advocates for the advancement and complete resourcefulness of small businesses, entrepreneurship,  and non-profit organizations. Gerald is a fan of sports and loves music. He is a member of Kappa Kappa Psi National Honorary Band Fraternity, Inc.
